您隨時有權刪除您的帳戶，以及所有相關的個人資料。您可以直接在 App 內刪除，或寄信給我們。這個頁面說明兩種方法、哪些資料會被刪除，以及處理需要多久。
You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time — either directly in the app or by emailing us. This page explains both methods, what data is deleted, and how long it takes.
您可以直接在陪您 App 內刪除帳戶，即時生效：
在陪您 App 中，點選「設定」。
In the PéiNín app, tap Settings.
在設定中選擇「刪除帳戶」，並確認。您的帳戶與相關個人資料將被刪除。
Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted.
如果您無法登入 App，或偏好由我們代為處理，也可以寄信給我們：
寄信到 info@peininfoundation.org，主旨寫「刪除帳戶 / Delete My Account」。下方的按鈕會自動幫您填好。

在信中寫上您註冊時使用的電郵或顯示名稱，讓我們核實您的身份。
Include the email address or display name you registered with, so we can verify your identity.
我們核實後會處理刪除，並在完成後回覆確認。整個過程在 30 天內完成。
We verify your request, delete your data, and email you a confirmation once complete — within 30 days.
刪除請求處理完成後，以下資料將被永久刪除或匿名化：
大部分資料在 30 天內刪除。少數資料因法律要求會保留較長時間，且僅用於法律合規：

Apart from the above, all personal data is deleted.

We process deletion requests promptly. Full deletion is completed within 30 days. Deleted conversation history cannot be recovered.
如果您的帳戶與家人的帳戶相連結，刪除您的帳戶只會移除您自己的資料，不會刪除已連結家人的獨立帳戶。若需一併移除連結，請在信中說明。
If your account is linked to a family member's, deleting your account removes only your own data — it does not delete the linked family member's separate account. If you'd like the family link removed too, mention it in your email.
